We are able to provide bespoke menu design or pre-packaged offerings, based on our extensive experience in both personal, retail and corporate catering environments. Trustworthy, legal and compliant to regulated health and safety standards.

- Private Chef at your home or place of business, taking the stress away from delivering amazing dinner parties. We can design menus or use your inspiration, use your kitchen to prepare, cook and even clean up after ourselves, leaving you to concentrate on entertaining your guests. This can be delivered for Dinner parties, Birthday parties, Funerals, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Christening, Divorce (!?) and any other functions.
- Fantastic BBQs, from selecting fresh, local and seasonal ingredients, prepping and marinating the meat and vegetables, cooking, serving and cleaning.
- Catering for Weddings, conferences, banquets and corporate entertainment for up to 100 guests. Larger parties can be accommodated with advanced notice and additional staff can be sourced.
- Temporary Chef solution for last minute availability. Leading kitchens, staff and all forms of Operations.

About Us
Bcooked was founded and is operated by Jamie Brooks from Langdon Hills, Essex. He has been in the hospitality industry for 20 years and is passionate about providing fantastic food and experiences.
He has experience operating in all forms and levels of Catering; from head chef to front of house.
He has excellent hospitality skills and can adapt to cater for most scenarios and prides himself with his bubbly, yet professional personality.
He aims to offer a quality service to all clients in a relaxed atmosphere, understanding that all commissions are as unique as his customers.
